About Me:
I am the IT Director at Lexington Theological Seminary in Lexington, Kentucky. I am directing the project of converting 2/3s of our face to face classes into online classes. My research interest lies in the field of emerging technology and how to use those technologies to promote "lifelong learning" in higher education.

Prior to being hired at LTS, I worked as an Instructional Technology Consultant at IUPUI in the Center for Teaching and Learning. I collaborated with faculty and staff at the university to improve student learning through the use of technology. I facilitated workshops and presentations on technology-enhanced learning for the CTL and consulted with members of the university community about best practices when working with technology.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University in Media Arts and Science (New Media) and a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science, also from IU.

During the fall semester of 2007, I worked for IU Bloomington as an Instructional Assistant in Herman B. Wells Library. Within this position, I taught workshops on how to find scholarly research materials using a variety of online databases.

From 2002 – 2009, I worked for MSD of Pike Township as their Multimedia Specialist. At College Park Elementary School, I integrated technology into the curriculum, taught after-school technology clubs and managed the day-to-day procedures in the media center.

Hello Ben, thanks for adding me. I'd be happy to share what we've learned with our iTunes U project!
